Job Summary
Scotlynn USA has an exciting opportunity for Buisness Management, Sales, Advertising, or other related major's interested in developing client services and negotiation skills in a team environment. As a member of our team you will hone your business-to-business research skills, develop proposals and communicate directly with clients to support distribution strategies, analyze business issues and recommend solutions in the fast-paced and growing transportation segment. You’ll be mentored by your peers and business partners and directly influence business decisions that maximize company value. 
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support business-to-business research to optimize client solutions
  • Learn to develop proposals and present client solutions
  • Work directly with our account and client teams to develop distribution solutions
  • Process client accounts document scanning, filing, indexing
  • Verifying confirmation, distributions, and other various office and financial support activities
  • Learn how to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Build real-world skills and gain valuable experience
  • Hone your professional communication and project management skills


Qualifications and Skills
Full-time or part-time student, preferably Junior or Senior with a minimum 2.8 GPA
Enthusiastic, detail-oriented with a passion for helping others

Our Internships play an integral role in the success of Enterprise and are a comprehensive introduction to our Management Training Program. Our interns go at a highly energized pace. From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills and experience pertaining to every aspect of operating a business. And it's learning by doing, not by getting coffee or filing all day. Our college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment where the Enterprise employees are supportive and fun to work with.

Responsibilities:
When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll acquire highly marketable skills and experience pertaining to every aspect of running a successful business. You'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with so many new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected challenges. There is one consistent aspect, however - everyday, you'll learn more about sales/marketing, customer service, business management, and administrative skills than you ever thought possible.

At Enterprise, you won't be a glorified gopher getting coffee or filing all day. Our interns go at the same energized pace and take on the same challenges and responsibilities as our Management Trainees.

Not only is it a paid internship program, but interns may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards. The business training you'll receive will be an amazing jumpstart to your career.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a Senior enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (full-time) 
  • A minimum of 3 months of sales experience (sales is defined as work that involves a great deal of customer contact, persuasion, selling or up-selling of services/products)
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
  • Must be able to work at least 20 hours to a maximum of 25 hours per week.
  • Aside from religious observations, must be available to work weekends
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Compensation: $11/hour
