Academic Internship at 3D Architectural Solutions (3DAS)
Marketing Intern-Community Relations Department
Opportunity to develop your marketing portfolio by marketing for a unique visualization company for the real estate industry. Your focus of market research will be centered around the user experience (UX) for clients needing 3D architectural renderings, animations, and virtual reality (VR / AR / MR) services. From your research you will help create branding, content, social media awareness, and assist in client presentations. 3DAS, LLC has been serving Southwest Florida clients since 2006 and our sister web site company, EyeMagination, has been teaching web and UX strategies in SWFL since 2001.
Responsibilities and Learning Outcomes
- Learn user experience (UX) design and implement marketing strategies around that research.
- Create and implement internet marketing content from UX research into blogs, social media, and other multi-channel marketing systems.
- Assist with branding 3DAS, LLC into distributable formats beyond the standard business card and brochure.
- User Testing: Develop and analyze customer satisfaction and related research to benchmark and assess the effectiveness of marketing programs.
- Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Willingness to learn new skills, deeply understand client’s needs and adapt to changes in technology.
- Create and edit existing copy that fully engages potential clients.
- Implement UX research and copy into web sites, blogs, and social media (Instagram, Pinterest and others focused more on imagery).
- Willingness to operate independently, take initiative and follow through with assignments.
- Required Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, and Ppt.)
- Copywriting skills, WordPress / web site management, and general understanding of the real estate industry.
Working Hours
- 150 hours within the academic semester required for students seeking 3 academic credit hours. This will vary dependent upon student availability and program requirements.
