Miromar Development Corporation, a multi-faceted real estate company with a growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties located near Florida Gulf Coast University, is seeking a digital marketing assistant.
This position provides the opportunity for a full-time student to apply formal course work studies into a career setting and gain an understanding of online marketing. This position will support digital marketing efforts by following through with the creative design and production of Miromar’s in-house marketing department. Candidate must handle multiple projects with extreme organization and attention to detail as well as being able to shift priorities frequently in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide daily support to the Internet Systems Manager.
- Generate daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports of all digital campaigns.
- Assist in updating content on all five Miromar websites.
- Make recommendations based on knowledge and findings of new online trends.
- Assist in writing content for social media and eblasts.
- Assist in documenting internal system processes.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Sophomore, junior, or senior status at an accredited college or university
- Minimum GPA of 2.5
- Interest in pursuing a career in communications, journalism, digital marketing or web development
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows 10, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Familiarity of HTML, Google Analytics, Hootsuite and Adobe Photoshop is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
